HOW IT WORKS?
Personalizing a BedtimeToons cartoon/book is easy and fast.
First, you have to chose the product with a click to the picture in the Shop. Once you chosed the product you'll have to personalize the character. Then you'll need to pick the gender, hair and skin color of the character and add the full name of the protagonist and add it to your cart. Just like that, you're ready and our hard-working elves will start working on your special present! Woohoo!
WHO'S IT FOR?
Our products are light bedtime stories for babies and young children or everybody who likes the tales and is hungry for a little magic.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PERSONALIZE THE STORY?
No, you can only choose from the stories we have available in our Shop.
DO YOU MAKE STORIES WHICH INCLUDES MORE THAN ONE PERSONALIZED CHARACTER?
We only personalize one protagonist per story but you can use coupon codes for 2-3 children for discount which you can find on our @bedtimetoons Instagram and Facebook page as posts.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept payments by Paypal, debit or credit cards.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY?
Our stories are personalized exclusively for you so we can't make it without a payment in advance.
DO YOU OFFER COUPONS?
Yes, you can find seasonal and other discount coupon codes on our @bedtimetoons Instagram and Facebook page as posts.
WHEN DO I GET MY ORDER?
Our hard-working elves in their jingle caps work to get the product to our customers as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.

Currently both the texts and voice overs of the products are in English.

In the case of deleting or damaging of the files or misuse of the product that may be caused by the Customer or a third party, BedtimeToons is not accountable.
